convenient and comfortable stay
clean room daily towel good location affordable dinner
i found great value for my money here. my room was clean and spacious, equipped with essential amenities. fresh, large towels were provided daily at the swimming pool. the location worked well for accessing buses and taxis to the town center. the breakfast and lunch buffets were substantial, and the dinner option was reasonably priced, though it offered fewer local dishes.
The wifi signal was unfortunately weak. It barely reached my room. Though the hotel had mentioned its availability. This was the only real letdown!

the hotel includes a swimming pool big enough for many guests. there are table tennis facilities. daily entertainment by an animation team near the pool. fresh orange juice is available at reception each day.

the restaurant features diverse foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. traditional desserts are available and are very delicious. the breakfast service provides coffee, milk and tea, but other drinks must be obtained from the bar.

the staff at reception were always quick to assist with any questions i had. the pool area was well-kept and offered a relaxing atmosphere. i used the on-site taxi service, very convenient and reliable for getting around. the room's air conditioning worked efficiently.
the selection of available tv channels was somewhat limited.

the staff offered assistance with early check-in when my flight arrived ahead of schedule. breakfast and dinner had buffet options, all delicious. the hotel provides complimentary access to a nearby beach, la viva, and i found it very peaceful. i was able to get beach towels.
the pool music was very loud. i found the noise quite bothersome

Charming Stay in Naama Bay
great location friendly staff reasonable prices
The hotel location is excellent I found it right in the heart of the action. The staff members were really friendly and they accommodated all my needs. I especially liked Sam's shop it sells good items at reasonable prices.
The hotel room was quite worn I noticed the bathroom window would not close. The pillows felt uncomfortable and the floor was cold for winter time. I really needed a way to dry clothes after going to the beach.
